Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Surf Burgers app, operated by Brother's Food Projects ("we", "us") in Canggu, Bali, Indonesia. By using the app you agree to these terms.

The service

Surf Burgers lets you browse our menu, place food orders, pay, and have orders delivered within our service area in Canggu and nearby.

Your account

You sign in with your WhatsApp phone number. You're responsible for keeping access to that number secure and for activity on your account.

Orders & payment

• Prices are shown in the app in Indonesian Rupiah and include applicable taxes/fees unless stated.
• Payment is processed by Xendit. An order is confirmed once payment is received.
• Once the kitchen has begun preparing an order it generally cannot be cancelled.
• Item availability and promotions may change at any time.

Delivery

Delivery is fulfilled via Grab Express to the location you pin. Please provide an accurate address and be reachable so the driver can complete delivery. Delivery times are estimates.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Disclaimers & liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the app or delivery delays outside our control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
