Surf Burgers ("we", "us"), operated by Brother's Food Projects in Canggu, Bali, Indonesia, provides a food ordering and delivery app. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Phone number — you sign in with your WhatsApp number; we use it to identify your account and send order updates.
- Delivery location — the address, map pin, villa/place name and driver notes you provide so we can deliver your order.
- Approximate device location — only while the app is open and only to center the map on you; you can decline this and enter your address manually.
- Order information — items ordered, totals, and order history.
- Notification token — a push token so we can send order-status notifications.
We do not collect or store your card details. Card payments are processed directly by our payment provider, Xendit.
How we use your information
- To take, prepare, and deliver your orders.
- To send order-status notifications (confirmed, on the way, arriving, delivered).
- To provide customer support.
Service providers
We share only what is necessary with providers that power the app:
- Runchise / ordernow.id — order management.
- Xendit — payment processing.
- Grab Express — delivery and live driver tracking.
- Google Maps — address search and geocoding.
- Expo / Apple / Google — push notification delivery.
Data retention & account deletion
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Account → Delete account in the app, which removes your profile and associated data. You may also email us to request deletion.
Children
The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
